NAGALAND INNOVATION EXPO (NIE), 2018
Innovation is the genesis of modern and progressive society. The prosperity of country/society depends on the innovators. Only those countries/societies leads which keep in pace with ever changing world of Science and Technology. Keeping this in mind we intend to organise a state level innovation expo for young minds. The main objective of the expo is to promote the innovative ideas of the students. In Nagaland, there is no platform available for presenting original innovative ideas.
In this expo we want to invite students of Nagaland to come to a platform to share and showcase their original idea/innovation in the field of science and technology.
We aim to make NIE a stepping platform for the innovators of Nagaland for similar events in National and International level. We also visualise this event to become an annual feature.

Cash prize and Citations to be awarded to the best three projects (Total cash prize of ₹30,000)

Criteria’s:
1. Participants have to be from higher secondary to post graduate level.
2. Individual or a Team of maximum 3 students can participate.
3. The innovation or idea has to be beneficial to the society.
4. A video clip of the project detail is to be e-mailed to the organising team for evaluation before 8th of April 2018
5. The selected participants thereafter will be notified to take part in the expo.
